摘要
随着人口老龄化的不断发展,社会层面提供的文化养老服务与老年群体的精神文化需要之间的供需矛盾愈发突出,城市社区养老呈现“养教失衡”状况。为促进城市社区养老均衡发展,提出健全社区公共文化体系,加强社区文化队伍建设,营造温馨和谐学习氛围,关注老年群体心理状态,发挥数字媒体宣传优势,推进社区智慧养老进程的文化养老发展路径,以期满足老年人多样化的文化养老需要,推进文化养老事业的可持续发展。
Nowadays,the population structure of society is showing an aging trend,and the contradiction between the culture elderly care services provided by the society and the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly groups is becoming more and more prominent,and the elderly care in urban communities presents a situation of“education imbalance”.In order to promote the balanced development of elderly care in urban communities,the logical path of culture elderly care development is proposed,i.e.to improve the community public culture system,strengthen the construction of community culture teams,create warm and harmonious learning atmosphere,pay attention to the psychological state of elderly groups,give play to the advantages of digital media publicity,and promote the process of intelligent elderly care in communities,so as to satisfy the needs of diversified culture elderly care and promote the sustainable development of cultural elderly care career.
