新时代构建普职融通高中的现实逻辑与基本理路

摘要 构建普职融通高中符合新时代中国教育创新改革的现实境况,是解决当前我国教育所面临复杂问题的重要突破口之一。普职融通高中是新时代促进“五育”融合的有效路径,而“五育”融合则是普职融通高中追求的育人目标。普职融通高中的构建既是优化高质量教育体系的内在需求,也是助力国民经济快速发展的有力抓手,更是引导学生规划生涯发展的重要平台。推进普职融通高中建设,亟需加快转变“重普轻职”的思想观念,亟待明确普职融通高中构建的目标导向、基本原则、均等化理念和运行机制,并由此形成普通教育与职业教育之间平等双向融通的崭新局面。 Building a high school with integrated general&vocational education is in line with the current situation of China’s educational innovation and reform in the new era,and is one of the important breakthroughs in solving the complex problems faced by education in China.A high school with integrated general&vocational education is an effective path to optimize the integration of“five educations”in the new era,and the integration of“five educations”is the educational goal pursued by the integration of general vocational education and high school.The construction of a high school with integrated general&vocational education is not only an inherent requirement for optimizing the high-quality education system,but also a powerful lever to help the rapid development of the national economy,and still an important platform to guide students in planning their career development.To promote the construction of a high school with integrated general&vocational education,it is urgent to accelerate the transformation of the ideological concept of“valuing general education over vocational education”,clarify the goal orientation,basic principle,equalization concept,and operating mechanism of the construction of a high school with integrated general&vocational education,and thus form a new situation of equal and two-way integration between general education and vocational education.
