摘要
随着疏浚工程和疏浚业务的不断发展,对于疏浚施工过程监视效果要求也越来越高。针对现有挖泥船疏浚过程中三维可视化监视存在显示效果差、精度不高等问题,基于Unity3D引擎,设计并开发一套具有普适性的挖泥船施工作业三维可视化系统,实现挖泥船关键疏浚机具动作驱动、水下地形生成及渲染、地形实时重构的三维可视化显示。通过实船应用验证,该系统可以有效提高施工效率和质量,提升施工精度,减少漏挖、超挖现象的发生,具有重要的工程应用价值。
With the continuous development of dredging engineering and dredging business,the requirements for monitoring the dredging construction process are also increasing.Aiming at the problems of poor display effect and low accuracy in 3D visualization monitoring during the dredging process of existing dredgers,a universal 3D visualization system for dredger construction operations was designed and developed based on the Unity3D engine.The system realizes the 3D visualization display of key dredging equipment driving,underwater terrain generation and rendering,and real-time terrain reconstruction.Through actual dredger application verification,the system can effectively improve construction efficiency and quality,enhance construction accuracy,reduce the occurrence of missed excavation and over excavation,and has important engineering application value.
