基于专利分析的智慧农业发展研究

摘要 智慧农业是未来农业生产的发展方向,目前处于高速发展时期。本文基于专利分析,对国内外智慧农业技术发展情况进行梳理,从专利的申请和授权趋势、法律状态、专利受理地域分布、重点申请人和热点技术进行讨论,挖掘当前智慧农业技术领域的关键技术,为国内研究机构和企业的研发生产及专利布局提供参考。专利分析显示,智慧农业自2019年起进入专利申请高峰,并在2022年起有所回落;中美两国在专利申请量上明显高于其他国家,但两国的重点申请人类型分布差异显著;基于IPC的热点技术分析则指出,智慧农机领域最热门的技术领域是蛋白及基因编辑、农机农场通信技术、电子设备识别、整地方法和机器学习。 Intelligent agriculture is the development direction of agricultural production in the future,and it is currently in a period of rapid growth.Based on patent analysis,the development of intelligent agricultural technology at home and abroad was sorted out.The paper discusses the trend of patent application and authorization,legal status,geographical distribution of patent acceptance,key applicants and hot technologies,then key technologies in the field of intelligent agricultural technology are put forward.It provides reference for research,production and patent layout of domestic research institutions and enterprises.Patent analysis shows that smart agriculture has entered the peak of patent application since 2019,and has declined since 2022.The number of patent applications in China and the United States is significantly higher than that in other countries,but the distribution of key applicant types in the two countries is obvious different.Hot technology analysis based on IPC points out that the most popular technical fields in the field of intelligent agricultural machinery are protein&gene editing,agricultural machinery farm communication technology,electronic equipment identification,land preparation methods and machine learning.
