摘要
针对籽瓜集条过程中漏集率高、瓜藤分离率低的问题,设计了一种仿形籽瓜集条机,采用平行四杆与弹簧相结合的仿形机构实现地面仿形,通过理论分析确定了影响仿形机构镇压力稳定性的主要因素。运用ADAMS软件以弹簧刚度、载荷、作业速度作为试验因素,以集条辊镇压力波动率作为评价指标,进行仿真试验,对仿真试验结果进行数据处理分析,采用响应面法优化得到了最佳参数组合,当地轮弹簧刚度5.2 N/mm、机具载荷1 435.78 N、作业速度1.02 m/s时,镇压辊镇压力稳定性最佳,镇压力波动率9.87%。根据优化后参数组合,以漏集率和瓜藤分离率为试验指标进行田间验证试验,得到漏集率平均值0.62%,漏集率较低,瓜藤分离率平均值90.05%,分离率较高。
Aiming at problems of high leakage rate and low vine separation rate in process of seed melon strip collection,a profiling seed melon strip collection machine was designed.Using a parallel four-bar linkage combined with springs to achieve ground profiling,main factors affecting stability of profiling mechanism's ballast pressure were determined through theoretical analysis.By using ADAMS software,spring stiffness,load and operation speed were taken as test factors,and fluctuation of pressure of set roll was taken as evaluation index,simulation tests were carried out.Data processing and analysis of simulation test results were carried out,and response surface method was adopted to optimize optimal parameter combination.When local wheel spring stiffness was 5.2 N/mm,machine load was 1 435.78 N,and operating speed was 1.02 m/s,stability of pressure suppression roller was optimal,with a pressure fluctuation rate of 9.87%.Based on optimized parameter combination,field validation experiments were conducted using leakage rate and melon vine separation rate as experimental indicators.Average leakage rate was 0.62%,which was relatively low,while average melon vine separation rate was 90.05%,which was relatively high.
