摘要
煤矿井下受现场空间安装尺寸或通风散热条件影响,变频器和电动机之间一般距离比较远,通常采用长距离供电电缆进行连接,但是由于电缆长距离供电会给变频调速系统带来一系列负面影响,导致变频器和电动机之间连接的电缆分布寄生电容太大,同时电机绕组之间也会产生大量的寄生电容,二者之间的共同作用产生过电压现象,严重影响整个系统的运行性能。提出了使用无功补偿器、更换变频器和两电平逆变电路的可行性等方法。结果表明,本次研究能够很好地解决煤矿井下变频器电缆长距离供电引起的问题,抑制共模电压,提高了井下现场运行的可靠性。
Due to the influence of on-site space installation size or ventilation and heat dissipation conditions in coal mines,the distance between the frequency converter and the motor is generally far,and long-distance power supply cables are usually used for connection.However,due to the long-term power supply of cables,it will bring a series of negative effects to the frequency converter speed control system,resulting in a large distribution of parasitic capacitance in the cables connecting the frequency converter and the motor.At the same time,a large amount of parasitic capacitance will also be generated between the motor windings.The combined effect of the two will produce overvoltage phenomenon,seriously affecting the operational performance of the entire system.The feasibility of using reactive power compensators,replacing frequency converters,and two-level inverter circuits was proposed.The results indicate that this study can effectively solve the problems caused by long-distance power supply of frequency converter cables in coal mines,suppress common mode voltage,and improve the reliability of underground on-site operation.
