35MnBH钢链轨节表面开裂原因

摘要 圆钢35MnBH经锻打、热处理加工成链轨节后表面出现开裂现象,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、淬透性测试等方法对表面开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:链轨节表面裂纹为淬火裂纹,加热工艺不当是产生淬火裂纹的主要原因。 The surface of 35MnBH round steel cracked after forging and heat treatment.The causes of surface cracking were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and hardenability test.The results show that the surface crack of the chain rail joint was a quenching crack,and the improper heating process was the main reason for the quenching crack.
