摘要
现如今,我国建筑工程行业发展步伐不断加快,但建筑工程项目的不断增多,也进一步增大了生态环境的发展压力。在此情况下,为了更好地落实我国可持续发展战略,提出了绿色建筑理念,并创建了新型的绿色建筑工程。本文针对新型绿色建筑工程造价预算和成本控制展开分析,介绍了新型绿色建筑工程的概念,探讨了绿色建筑工程造价预算原则,并提出具体的成本控制策略,希望能够为相关研究人员起到一些参考作用。
At present,the development of construction engineering industry in China is accelerating,but the increasing number of construction projects has further increased the development pressure on ecological environment.In this case,in order to better implement the sustainable development strategy in China,the concept of green building is proposed,and new green building project is created.This paper analyzes the cost budget and cost control of new green building projects,introduces the concept of new green building projects,discusses the principles of cost budget of green building projects,and puts forward specific cost control strategies,hoping to provide some references for relevant researchers.
