多元情境驱动下平台企业主导的创新生态系统价值创造演进路径研究

摘要 平台企业主导的创新生态系统已成为整合并优化资源以实现价值创造的重要载体。利用双案例研究方法探究多元情境驱动下平台企业主导的创新生态系统价值创造演进路径。结果发现:首先,平台企业主导的创新生态系统价值创造演进过程包括孵化阶段、成长阶段与成熟阶段,各阶段演进依次受市场主导的生存压力驱动、制度指引的创新战略推动,以及技术引领的多维合力拉动;其次,平台企业主导的创新生态系统借助平台开放、架构优化和网络嵌入等3种行为策略,实现“创新生态培育—创新生态凸显—创新生态涌现”的价值创造演进结果。结论可为厘清多元情境驱动因素,促进平台企业主导的创新生态系统可持续价值创造提供决策参考。 With the rapid development of digital technology,platform-based innovation ecosystems have become an emerging force promoting enterprise innovation and development.The core enterprises in the innovation ecosystem are committed to building platforms and transforming into platform firms so as to continuously create core competitiveness in a dynamic and ever-changing business environment.In practice,platform firms such as Apple,Alibaba,and Google have mostly achieved sustainable development by building innovation ecosystems and gathering external partners and heterogeneous resources to achieve value co-creation.Therefore,it is a focus of attention in the academic community to clarify how to achieve the evolution of value creation driven by multiple contexts in an innovation ecosystem led by platform firms.The existing literature primarily explores the value creation process of innovation ecosystems from an industrial perspective,with less emphasis on analyzing the evolution path of innovation ecosystem value creation led by platform firms.In addition,most studies on the evolution of innovation ecosystems are in a single context,such as market,policy,and technology.There is a lack of research on the driving factors in multiple contexts of the value creation path of innovation ecosystems.This leads to platform firms dominating innovation ecosystems being unable to respond to contextual drivers in a timely manner,hindering their ability to achieve sustainable value creation and maintain competitive advantages.In view of this,this paper adopts a dual case study method to explore the evolution path of value creation in the innovation ecosystem led by platform firms such as Huawei and Haier.This paper follows the logical relationship of"condition—action—result".After coding the case data of sample enterprises,the study sorts out the contextual driving factors,action strategies,and value creation results of the innovation ecosystem led by platform firms in different stages and explores the evolution path of value creat
