摘要
根据水凝胶在不同pH溶液中的溶胀程度不同,研制出了一种基于水凝胶溶胀应力的光纤萨格纳克环pH传感器,选择溶胀性能较好的聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶作为传感媒介。在不同pH溶液中,水凝胶溶胀的差异性引起保偏光纤的轴向应力发生变化,使得萨格纳克环的输出光谱发生偏移,通过表征光谱的偏移量实现pH传感。该传感器在pH为2~12的范围内呈线性响应,灵敏度为0.947nm/pH。实验结果表明,该传感器具有良好的鲁棒性、稳定性和重复性。
An optical fiber Sagnac loop pH sensor based on the swelling stress of hydrogel is developed,selecting polyacrylamide hydrogel with favorable swelling performance as the sensing medium,considering the differential swelling of hydrogel in solutions with varying pH values.The differential swelling of the hydrogel in various pH solutions induces a change in the axial stress of the polarization-maintaining fiber to lead to spectral shifts in the Sagnac loop output.By characterizing the spectral shift,pH sensing is achieved.The sensor exhibits a linear response within the pH range of 2 to 12,with a sensitivity of 0.947 nm/pH.Experimental results show that it has good robustness,stability and repeatability.
