风电机组非定常数值模拟方法研究

摘要 风电机组非定常数值模拟中模拟叶片运动所需的动态网格是CFD方法使用中最具挑战性的方面之一。为了探究滑移网格和重叠网格在风电机组非定常模拟中的应用差异,本文分别采用两种方法进行固定式和漂浮式风电机组非定常气动模拟。采用snappyHexMesh生成网格,并保证旋转域网格一致,分别对机组的总体性能、展向截面气动特性以及尾流特性三方面进行对比。研究结果表明,对于固定式和漂浮式风电机组,重叠网格方法计算出的功率均略微大于滑移网格方法;沿叶片展向从叶根到叶尖,吸力面低压区范围逐渐增大,压力面压力逐渐升高,重叠网格对于展向截面翼型表面压力差的模拟结果高于滑移网格结果,是风电机组总体性能计算结果偏高的直接原因;滑移网格模拟出的叶根及轮毂中心位置处风速要稍低于重叠网格结果,在叶尖位置处要略大于重叠网格结果。 The dynamic mesh for blade motion simulation in unsteady numerical simulation of wind turbines is one of challenges in the use of CFD methods.In order to investigate differences in the application of sliding mesh and overset mesh in the unsteady simulation of wind turbines,this paper uses two methods for the unsteady aerodynamic simulation of fixed and floating wind turbines.Using snappyHexMesh to generate meshes and ensuring consistency in the rotating domain,the overall performance,spanwise aerodynamic characteristics,and wake characteristics are compared.The results indicate that for both fixed and floating wind turbines,the power calculated by the overset mesh method is higher than that by the sliding mesh method;Along the blade span,from the root to the tip,the low pressure range of the suction surface gradually increases,and the pressure on the pressure surface gradually increases.The results of the overset mesh for the surface pressure difference of the spanwise section airfoil are higher than that of the sliding mesh,which is the direct reason for the higher overall performance calculation results of wind turbine;The wind speed at the center of the blade root and hub simulated by the sliding mesh is lower than that of the overset mesh,and higher at the blade tip than that of the overset mesh.
