泌尿科临床本科教学中EBM-PBL-CBL整合教学法的应用研究

摘要 目的探究循证医学(EBM)-以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)-以案例为基础的教学法(CBL)在泌尿科临床本科教学中应用的效果.方法选取2022年5月-2023年5月在广东医科大学附属医院泌尿科见习的医学专业本科生136名,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各68例.对照组实施传统教学,观察组则予以EBM-PBL-CBL整合教学法,比较两组学生的考试成绩、自我导向学习能力、批判思维能力以及满意度评分的差异性.结果观察组学生的技能考核、理论评价以及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组学生自我导向学习能力、批判思维能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).在教学模式、资源、态度以及学习效果方面,观察组学生的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论在泌尿科临床本科教学中应用EBM-PBL-CBL整合教学法,能提高学生的学习效果,增强其自主学习与批判思维能力,提高教学满意度. Objective To explore the effectiveness of evidence-based medicine(EBM)-problem-based teaching method(PBL)-case-based teaching method(CBL)in clinical undergraduate teaching of urology.Methods 136 medical undergraduate students who interned in the urology department of our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 68 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received traditional teaching,while the observation group received EBM-PBL-CBL integrated teaching method.The differences in exam scores,self-directed learning ability,critical thinking ability,and satisfaction scores between the two groups of students were compared.Results The skill assessment,theoretical evaluation,and total score of the observation group students were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group students scored higher on various indicators of self-directed learning ability and critical thinking ability than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of teaching mode,resources,attitude,and learning effectiveness,the observation group students scored higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of EBM-PBL-CBL integrated teaching method in clinical undergraduate teaching of urology can significantly improve students'learning effectiveness and self-directed learning ability,enhance critical thinking ability,and improve teaching satisfaction.
