摘要
随着港口之间的竞争日益激烈,争夺广阔的经济腹地和货物供应已经成为港口经营者面临的战略难题。文章基于平衡计分卡法构建港口合作绩效评价指标体系,采用灰色关联度法评价青岛港与陆港合作绩效,并运用灰色关联度法评价海陆联运对青岛市经济的影响程度。文章具体以青岛港和西安港为例,以郑州港和兰州港为基准,详细介绍了该评价方法的应用,并据此分析了青岛港与陆港合作存在不足、提出了改进方法;海陆联运促进青岛市经济发展,文章通过提出海港与陆港合作绩效评价,以期为更好的合作提供科学理论支持的同时,为提高区域经济发展指明方向。
With the fierce competition among ports,it has become a strategic problem for port operators to compete for the vast economic hinterland and cargo supply.In this paper,port cooperation performance evaluation index is established based on balanced scorecard method,and grey correlation degree method is used to evaluate the cooperation performance between Qingdao Port and dry port;at the same time,grey correlation degree method is used to evaluate the impact of land and sea transportation on the economy of Qingdao.Taking Qingdao Port and Xi'an Port as examples,Zhengzhou Port and Lanzhou Port as benchmarks,the applications of the evaluation method is introduced in detail.The conclusion shows that there are some deficiencies in the cooperation between Qingdao Port and dry port and puts forward some improvement methods.This paper puts forward the performance evaluation of seaport and dry port cooperation,which provides scientific theoretical supports for better cooperation and direction for improving regional economic development.
