摘要
为了实现DL300型推装机工作装置的性能评估,该文基于工作装置铰点载荷关系的分析,进行了推装机典型工况受力分析;以铲斗收斗完成和卸料瞬间两个时刻的工作装置姿态作为典型姿态,采用Ansys Workbench建立推装机工作装置有限元模型;基于公开文献中的实测载荷峰值进行有限元仿真分析,得到两个典型姿态下实测峰值载荷对应的应力云图,并确定了大应力区域对应的疲劳评估位置。研究结果和结论为推装机工作装置的载荷测试与疲劳分析提供了依据。
In order to evaluate the performance of the working device of the DL300 bulldozer and loader,a typical working condition stress analysis was conducted based on the analysis of load relationship at the hinge point of the working device.The working device postures at completion of bucket collection and the moment of unloading were determined as the typical postures.The finite element simulation analysis was conducted based on the measured peak load in public literature,and the stress cloud maps corresponding to the measured peak load in two typical postures were obtained.And the corresponding fatigue assessment location for the high stress area was also determined.The research results and conclusions provide a basis for load testing and fatigue analysis of the working device of this type of equipment.
