摘要
使用平衡阀的液压系统一般是复杂的闭环系统,很多因素都会导致系统不稳定,主要表现为执行机构运行过程中发生明显振动。影响平衡阀稳定性的因素有很多,难以用理论计算。在实际调试设备时,一般也不需要探究引起振动的原因,而是需要使用一种便捷的调节方式,通过简单的调节将振动现象消除。在平衡阀控制通道设置液压半桥,对驱动压力进行分压,也就对波动进行了衰减,是解决平衡阀稳定性的有效方法之一。阐述了一种平衡阀控制口减振回路的设计。
The hydraulic system using balance valve is generally a complex closed loop system,many factors will lead to system instability,and mainly manifestes the obvious vibration during the operation of the actuator.There are many factors that affect the stability of the balance valve,which are difficult to calculate theoretically.When actually debugging the equipment,it is generally not necessary to explore the causes of vibration,but to use a convenient adjustment method to eliminate the vibration phenomenon through simple adjustment.Setting a hydraulic half-bridge in the control channel of the balance valve to divide the driving pressure,which also attenuates the fluctuation.It is one of the effective methods to solve the stability of the balance valve,described the design of a damping circuit at the control port of the balance valve.
