摘要
该文采用问卷调查法和模拟法,以上海市老年人为主要研究对象,通过线上和线下相结合的方式,获得上海市老年人智能手机使用情况数据,并采用SPSS中描述性分析、因子分析、二元logistics进行数据分析,得到了上海老年人智能手机使用情况及相关结论,从社会、家庭、个人三方面对助力老年人跨越数字鸿沟提出对策建议。
This article adopts questionnaire survey and simulation methods,with elderly people in Shanghai as the main research object.Through a combination of online and offline methods,data on the use of smartphones by elderly people in Shanghai is obtained.Descriptive analysis,factor analysis,and binary statistics in SPSS are used for data analysis to obtain the use of smartphones by elderly people in Shanghai and related conclusions.From the perspectives of society,family,and individuals,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to help elderly people overcome the digital divide.
