摘要
“儒术”定型于汉武帝以后,在西汉中后期逐渐与“儒学”相融合。帝王诏令常征引儒家经典,武、宣时期主要以儒家经典为既定的政策提供依据,为“霸王道杂之”的汉家制度披上儒学外衣,元、成、哀、平时期以儒家经典为出发点制定政策。儒家经典成为诏令的直接理论来源,在国家大政方针上无不体现儒家思想。
Confucian tactics gradually merged with Confucianism in the middle and late Western Han dynasty.The imperial edicts often quoted Confucian classics as the foundation to formulate policies for governing the country,and put on the coat of Confucianism for the Han ideological system integrating laws with Confucianism.Thus,Confucian classics became the direct theoretical sources of imperial edicts,and all national policies reflected Confucianism.
