摘要
为降低电弧光对电气设备回路安全性的影响,从快速灭弧功能入手,基于单片机MSP430设计一套实用性较高的弧光检测系统。深入分析电弧光的产生过程及危险性,结合低功耗电路结构的设计要求,完成系统的软件及硬件设计,包括弧光检测电路、电源控制电路、I/V转换电路、键盘输入电路及相关软件算法的实现。经实验验证,本系统具有较高系统稳定性,适用于配网安全等场合,具有一定的工程应用价值。
In order to reduce the influence of arc light on the loop safety of electrical equipment,a practical arc detection system is designed based on MSP430,starting with the function of fast arc extinguishing.The generation process and danger of arc light are deeply analyzed,and then combined with the design requirements of low power consumption circuit structure,so that the software and hardware design of the system is completed,including arc detection circuit,power control circuit,I/V conversion circuit,keyboard input circuit and related software algorithms.The experimental results show that the system has high system stability,is suitable for distribution network security and other occasions,and has certain engineering application value.
