摘要
为解决粉煤气固流化床分布板局部堵塞、磨损、腐蚀、开裂等普遍问题,对分布板主要参数及结构进行优化设计,首先确定分布板开孔率、小孔间隙高度,其次对分布板小管进行设计,再次对其炉内受热面耐火材料的选择与填充,最后进行制作加工。应用结果表明:解决了分布板堵塞、磨损、腐蚀、开裂等问题,提高耐火强度、通气量及降低材质磨损量,延长其使用寿命。
In order to solve the common problems of local wear,corrosion and cracking of the distribution plate in the pulverized-coal gas-solid fluidized bed,the main parameters and structure of the distribution plate had been optimized and designed,first the porosity of the distribution plate and the height of the small hole gap was determined,secondly the small tube of the distribution plate were designed,the refractory material of the heating surface in the furnace were selected and filled,and finally proceed with production and processing.The results showed that the problems of wear,corrosion and cracking of the distribution plate had been solved,and the fire resistance,aeration and material wear were improved,and the service life was prolonged.
