北京部分地区猫泛白细胞减少症病毒、疱疹病毒和杯状病毒流行病学调查分析

Epidemiological Investigation of Feline Panleukopenia Virus,Herpesvirus and Calicivirus in Some Areas of Beijing

摘要 为了解北京地区猫泛白细胞减少症病毒(FPV)、疱疹病毒(FHV)和杯状病毒(FCV)的流行情况,并统计分析年龄和疫苗免疫与FPV、FHV和FCV阳性率的相关性,本调查于2021年1月—2023年6月收集北京地区多家宠物医院疑似感染FPV(313份)、FHV(1869份)或FCV(1638份)和体检动物样本,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(qPCR)进行检测,并对结果进行统计分析。结果显示,FPV、FHV和FCV阳性率分别为57.51%、39.43%和42.31%;0~6月龄猫FPV阳性率显著高于>1~9岁和>9岁猫(P<0.05),说明0~6月龄猫更易感染FPV;0~6月龄猫FHV阳性率显著高于>6~12月龄、>1~9岁和>9岁猫(P<0.05),说明0~6月龄猫更易感染FHV;0~6月龄和>6~12月龄猫FCV阳性率显著高于>1~9岁和>9岁猫(P<0.05),说明0~12月龄猫更易感染FCV;免疫猫FPV、FHV和FCV阳性率极显著低于未免疫猫(P<0.01),说明疫苗免疫与FPV、FHV和FCV阳性率呈强相关性,进一步表明疫苗免疫可有效降低FPV、FHV和FCV阳性率。因此,建议在0~6月龄及时进行猫三联疫苗免疫,可有效降低猫感染FPV、FHV和FCV的风险,更有利于宠物健康。 To understand the prevalence of feline panleukopenia virus(FPV),herpesvirus(FHV),and calicivirus(FCV)in Beijing and to analyze the correlation between age and vaccine immunization with the positive rates of FPV,FHV,and FCV,this survey collected samples from animals suspected of being infected with FPV(313 samples),FHV(1869 samples),or FCV(1638 samples)and from routine check-ups in multiple pet hospitals in Beijing from January 2021 to June 2023.The samples were tested using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)and the results were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the positive rates for FPV,FHV,and FCV were 57.51%,39.43%,and 42.31%,respectively.The positive rate of FPV in cats aged 0-6 months was significantly higher than in cats older than 1-9 years and over 9 years(P<0.05),indicating that cats aged 0-6 months are more susceptible to FPV.The positive rate of FHV in cats aged 0-6 months was significantly higher than in cats aged over 6-12 months,older than 1-9 years,and over 9 years(P<0.05),indicating that cats aged 0-6 months are more susceptible to FHV.The positive rate of FCV in cats aged 0-6 months and over 6-12 months was significantly higher than in cats older than 1-9 years and over 9 years(P<0.05),indicating that cats aged 0-12 months are more susceptible to FCV.The positive rates of FPV,FHV,and FCV in vaccinated cats were significantly lower than in unvaccinated cats(P<0.01),indicating a strong correlation between vaccine immunization and the positive rates of FPV,FHV,and FCV,further demonstrating that vaccine immunization can effectively reduce the positive rates of FPV,FHV,and FCV.Therefore,it is recommended to timely administer the triple vaccine to cats aged 0-6 months to effectively reduce the risk of FPV,FHV,and FCV infection,which is more beneficial to pet health.
