摘要
带式输送机是现代化的输送设备,具有高效、节能、环保的特性。利用光纤声学检测技术,研究了基于分布式光纤声波检测技术的带式输送机健康监测原理、系统架构、托辊定位、光纤部署方式、轴承中滚珠开裂的监测等技术,将高速行进的输送带和托辊摩擦碰撞的声音作为声发射源,使用基于机器学习的声纹识别技术,实时地、全天候地监测带式输送机并提供健康监测的预警服务。研究引入光纤声学检测,来实现带式输送机的健康监测应用,具有非常重要的战略意义。
Belt conveyors are modern conveying equipment with the characteristics of high efficiency,energy conservation,and environmental protection.Using fiber optic acoustic detection technology,the health monitoring principle,system architecture,carrier roller positioning,fiber optic deployment method,and monitoring of ball cracking in bearings of belt conveyors based on distributed fiber optic acoustic detection technology were studied.The sound of high-speed belt and carrier roller friction collision was used as the acoustic emission source,and machine learning based voiceprint recognition technology was used to achieve real-time monitoring,monitor the belt conveyor all-weather and provide health monitoring and early warning services.Studying the introduction of fiber optic acoustic detection to achieve the health monitoring application of belt conveyors is of great strategic significance.
