摘要
层状双氢氧化物是由带正电的金属离子氢氧化物层和插层阴离子组成的具有二维层状结构的纳米材料,广泛用于环境治理等领域。由于制备简便、组成灵活性高、药物装载率高、pH响应型释放、生物相容性和安全性良好等特点,层状双氢氧化物逐渐在抗肿瘤治疗中崭露头角。本文综述了不同金属离子组成的层状双氢氧化物在生物医药领域中的应用进展,并对其在生物医药领域应用的进一步拓宽以及临床转化中存在的挑战进行讨论,以期对层状双氢氧化物递药系统的开发与转化提供参考。
Layered double hydroxide is a two-dimensional layered nanomaterial composed of positively charged metal ion hydroxide layer and intercalated anion,which is widely used in environmental treatment and other fields.Owing to simple preparation,high flexibility of composition,high drug loading rate,pH responsive release,good biocompatibility and safety,layered double hydroxides have gradually been used in anti-tumor therapy.This paper reviewed the application of layered double hydroxides composed of different metal ions in biomedicine fields and discussed further application and possible challenges in clinical conversion,hoping to provide reference for the development of layered double hydroxides drug delivery system.
