电驱高速播种机控制系统优化设计

摘要 传统的指夹式排种器和气吸式排种器在播种过程中会造成种子的损伤或者不均匀排布,影响作物生长发育。该文设计了电驱式高速排种器,通过电驱动技术,可以提高播种速度和精度,减少种子损伤,并提升排种器对不同种类种子的适应性,通过采用先进的控制算法和传感技术,结合高效的数据处理和用户友好的界面设计,提升电驱高速播种机在各种农业环境下的适应性和操作性,从而实现播种过程的智能化、精准化和高效化。田间试验结果表明:该系统转速控制精度高,播种计数和漏播监测精度较高。该优化设计有望为农业生产提供更可靠的技术支持,促进农业现代化进程,提升农业生产效益和质量。 The traditional finger-clamp seed discharger and air suction seed discharger can cause seed damage or uneven discharging during the sowing process,and affects the growth and development of crops.In this paper,an electric-driven high-speed seeder is designed,which can improve the seeding speed and precision,reduce seed damage,and enhance the adaptability of the seeder to different kinds of seeds through electric drive technology.By adopting advanced control algorithms and sensing technologies,combined with highly efficient data processing and user-friendly interface design,we can enhance the adaptability and operability of the electric-driven high-speed seeder in a variety of agricultural environments,so as to realize the intelligence,precision and efficiency of the seeding process.The results of field experiments show that the system has high speed control accuracy,high accuracy of sowing counting and missed seeding monitoring.The optimized design is expected to provide more reliable technical support for agricultural production,promote the process of agricultural modernization,and enhance the efficiency and quality of agricultural production.
