电机发电与电动一体化实验平台的研究

摘要 电动汽车的使用量日益增加,促使该领域的人才需求不断加大。针对高校培养人才的需要,研究了一款以电机、变流器、控制器为主要组件的发电与电动一体化实验平台。该平台采用模块化变流器设计;允许多套变流器串联或并联进行多点电能变换实验,适应交-直、交-直-交、交-直-交→交-直-交结构的实验,可覆盖电动机、发电机、并网、储能控制等实验科目;控制器支持DSP与dsPACE 2种控制模式,可实现算法的快速仿真。单一平台具备多种用途。通过样机制作及实验测试,验证了所提平台方案的有效性。 The increasing usage of electric vehicles has led to a growing demand for talent in this field.In response to the needs of talent cultivation in universities,this study proposes an integrated experimental platform for power generation and electric propulsion,focusing on the primary components of electric motors,converters,and controllers.This platform adopts a modular converter design,allowing multiple converters to be connected in series or parallel for multi-point energy conversion experiments,accommodating experiments involving structures such as AC-DC,AC-DC-AC,and AC-DC-AC→AC-DC-AC.It covers experimental subjects including electric motors,generators,grid connection,and energy storage control.The controller supports two control modes,DSP and dsPACE,enabling rapid simulation of algorithms.So the versatility of this single platform enables various applications.Through prototype fabrication and experimental testing,the effectiveness of the proposed platform solution has been validated.
