摘要
高校景区管理与发展在城市化和经济快速发展的背景下显得尤为重要。大学校园,因其独特的地理位置、历史文化和土地资源,成为城市更新和功能提升的新焦点。国外早有成功的校园景区规划与管理经验。本文以西安欧亚学院为例,总结该校通过利用地理位置和文化资源,将校园打造成文化旅游产业的典范。明确校园景区管理的发展需求即平衡教育和游客需求,深入了解多元经济需求,创新空间和产品需求,为城市和大学提供新的发展机会。
The management and development of university scenic spots are particularly important under the background of urbanization and rapid economic development.University campus,because of its unique geographical location,history,culture and land resources,has become a new focus of urban renewal and function enhancement.Foreign countries have long had successful experience in planning and management of campus scenic spots.Taking Xi'an Eurasia University as an example,this paper summarizes that the university has built its campus into a model of cultural tourism industry by utilizing its geographical location and cultural resources.To clarify the development needs of campus scenic area management is to balance the needs of education and tourists,in-depth understanding of diversified economic needs,innovative space and product needs,and provide new development opportunities for the city and the university.
