NO_(x)^(-)-N积累对好氧颗粒污泥内源脱氮性能影响

摘要 好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)具有内源脱氮能力,利用其自身碳源脱氮具有降低离子型稀土矿山尾水处理成本潜力。利用单因素试验探索了亚硝态氮(NO_(2)^(-)-N,0~100 mg/L)及硝态氮(NO_(3)^(-)-N,0~100 mg/L)积累对AGS内源脱氮性能的影响。接种AGS会引入7~24 mg/L的氨氮,但不同NO_(x)^(-)-N积累浓度下AGS表现出良好的硝化性能,对氨氮去除率均接近100%。当起始NO_(2)^(-)-N≤10 mg/L时,总无机氮(TIN)的去除率在44.39%~77.6%,随着起始NO_(2)^(-)-N进一步增大至100 mg/L,反应结束时TIN去除率不足7.1%。当起始NO_(3)^(-)-N≤10 mg/L时,反应结束时TIN去除率在36.23%~83.02%,随着起始NO3--N进一步增大至100 mg/L,反应结束时TIN去除率不足4.38%。NO_(2)^(-)-N积累下AGS的脱氮性能整体强于NO_(3)^(-)-N积累下AGS的脱氮性能,主要是NO_(2)^(-)-N积累下溶解氧更低所致。 Aerobic granular sludge(AGS)is capable of endogenous denitrification,and the utilization of its own carbon source for denitrification to potentially reduce the operational cost in the treatment of wastewater from rare earth mine.The effects of nitrite nitrogen(0~100 mg/L)and nitrate nitrogen(0~100 mg/L)accumulation on the endogenous denitrification of AGS were explored by single factor experiment.The seed AGS introduced ammonia nitrogen with concentration of 7~24 mg/L into the reactor.However,the AGS demonstrated good nitrification performance with the removal efficiencies of ammonia nitrogen all close to 100%under different accumulated concentrations of NO_(x)^(-)-N.When the initial nitrite nitrogen was no greater than 10 mg/L,the removal efficiencies of total inorganic nitrogen(TIN)were between 44.39%and 77.6%.With the initial nitrite nitrogen further increasing to 100 mg/L,the removal efficiencies of TIN were less than 7.1%at the end of the reaction.When the initial nitrate nitrogen was no greater than 10 mg/L,the removal efficiencies of TIN were between 36.23%and 83.02%at the end of the reaction.As the initial nitrate nitrogen further increasing to 100 mg/L,the removal efficiencies of TIN were less than 4.38%at the end of the reaction.The overall nitrogen removal performance of AGS under nitrite nitrogen accumulation was better than that under nitrate nitrogen accumulation,mainly due to the lower dissolved oxygen under nitrite nitrogen accumulation environment.
