摘要
在当前高质量发展背景下,水利水电工程运行管理的系统性和智能性不足已逐渐成为制约水利水电行业工程运行信息化水平提升的因素。采用递进分析法,面向运行管理业务,从水利水电工程任务及功能出发,梳理业务流程,建立运行管理系统架构,提出由计划、调度、操作、保障、供给、监管协同构成的业务架构,并进一步提出相应的运行系统总体、技术和安全等架构,给出新集水电站运行管理系统开发案例,阐述在总体、技术和安全架构下面向运行管理业务创建系统的技术路线,以及实现的具体功能,可为水利水电工程运行期信息化、数字化、智能化总体策划及实施提供参考。
In the context of current high-quality development,the systemic and intelligent defi ciencies in the operationmanagement of hydraulic and hydropower engineering have gradually become a restricting factor for enhancing thelevel of informatization in the hydraulic and hydropower engineering industry.Utilizing the progressive analysismethod and targeting the operation management,this study starts from the tasks and functions of hydraulic andhydropower engineering,organizes business processes,and establishes the architecture of the operation managementsystem.It proposes a business architecture consisting of planning,scheduling,operation,support,supply,andregulatory coordination.Furthermore,it introduces the corresponding overall,technical,and security architectures forthe operation system.By presenting a development case of Xinji Hydropower Station operation management system,it elucidates the technical route for creating a system targeted at operation management under the overall,technical,and security architecture,as well as the specifi c functionalities realized,which can provide references for the overallplanning and implementation of informatization,digitalization,and intelligentization during the operation period ofhydraulic and hydropower engineering projects.
