摘要
地层漏失是钻进过程中一种常见的孔内复杂情况,一旦发生漏失,不仅延误钻进时间、损失钻井液、损害目的层等,而且还可能引起井塌、卡钻等一系列复杂事故,甚至导致钻孔报废,造成重大经济损失。蔚县地区地层以砂卵石层为主,在取心过程中因地层漏失极易引起井塌、卡钻等事故。因此,一旦出现地层漏失情况,必须进行护壁堵漏。在实际施工中,从泥浆配制、黏土球堵漏、水泥护壁堵漏及下套管护壁堵漏等4个方面综合优化施工工艺,均取得了较好的堵漏效果,确保钻孔达到了设计要求。
Formation leakage is a common and complex situation in drilling process.Once it occurs,it will not only delay the drilling time,lose drilling fluid,damage the target layer,but also cause a series of complex accidents such as well collapse,stuck drilling,and even lead to the abandonment of the drilling hole,resulting in significant economic losses.The strata in Yuxian area are mainly composed of sand and gravel layers,which is easy to cause well collapse and sticking due to formation leakage in coring process.Therefore,wall protection is necessary to stop the leakage once formation leakage occurs.In actual construction,the comprehensive optimization of construction technology from four aspects-mud preparation,clay ball plugging,cement wall plugging and casing wall plugging has achieved good plugging effects,which ensure the borehole meets the design requirements.
