山区分体式挖孔桩钻机装备的研制

摘要 基于山区、高海拔地区输电线路杆塔建设过程中,因地形地势限制,机械设备进场困难,长期存在“人力为主、机械为辅”的痛点。根据现有钻探设备的短板不足,中地装(北京)科学技术研究院有限公司研制了GQY-18型山区分体式挖孔桩钻机及其配套装备。该设备采用模块化设计、液压传动与集中控制、双动力头驱动双管钻具组合,进行无循环液钻进排渣,可满足在难进场地区的大口径桩孔施工要求。 In the construction process of transmission line towers in mountainous and high-altitude areas,due to terrain limitations,it is difficult for mechanical equipment to enter the site,and there is a long-standing pain point for“manpower as the mainstay and machinery as the auxiliary”.Based on the shortcomings of existing drilling equipment,GQY-18 separate-type drill for piling in mountainous area and its supporting equipment were developed by China Ground Equipment(Beijing)Science and Technology Research Institute Co.,Ltd.This drill adopts modular design,hydraulic transmission and centralized control,as well as dual pipe drilling tool driven by dual power head,without circulating fluid drilling and slag removal,which can meet the construction requirements of large-diameter pile holes in difficult to access areas.
