摘要
近代天津怡和洋行仓库E座是天津最早采用无梁楼盖体系的仓库建筑之一,是工业遗产的典型代表。基于一手档案与实地调查,从营建技术出发考察其在全球技术传播背景下引进的理念、材料、设备及构件,剖析营建价值保护在遗产化过程中的困境与方法。研究表明:该仓库在卫生、通风、采光等方面均具有时代领先性,并影响了天津近代营建制度的规范化与标准化;对相关遗存营建价值的评估为进一步开展保护利用工作提供了基础。对天津乃至全国遗产营建信息的系统化调查发掘亟待深入,以期为全球化与地方性的技术传播过程提供更为多元的佐证。
The Jardine Matheson Warehouse E in Tianjin is one of the earliest modern warehouses in Tianjin to adopt the flat slab system and serves as a typical representative of industrial heritage.Based on first-hand archival and field research,this study examines the concepts,materials,equipment,and components introduced into the warehouse within the context of global technological diffusion from the perspective of construction technology.It further analyzes the dilemmas and approaches of value preservation of the construction during the process of heritagization.This study indicates that the Jardine Matheson Warehouse was pioneering in terms of sanitation,ventilation,and lighting and had an influence on the standardization of the modern construction system in Tianjin.Assessing the architectural value of the relevant remains furnishes the basis for further conservation and utilization.The systematic survey and excavation of architectural construction information in Tianjin and throughout China needs to be intensified to provide more diversified evidence of the technological diffusion in the course of globalization and localization.
