摘要
为探究卷烟纸物理指标(透气度、定量、助燃剂添加量、助燃剂钾钠比和含麻量)对灰分指标(灰色值、裂口率、缩灰率、碳线宽度和碳线整齐度)的影响,该研究以卷烟纸的5个物理单因素设置梯度并制作中支卷烟样品,基于计算机视觉技术,采用随机森林回归算法评价各项物理因素对灰分指标的重要性。结果表明,卷烟纸中助燃剂添加量对卷烟燃烧的灰色值、裂口率、缩灰率和碳线整齐度的影响最大,定量、助燃剂钾钠比、透气度对各项灰分指标的影响较大,含麻量对各项灰分指标的影响均较小。综合来说,卷烟纸物理因素变化对裂口率和碳线宽度的影响较为显著。
In order to explore the effects of physical indexes of cigarette paper(air permeability,quantity,amount of accelerant,ratio of potassium to sodium and linen content)on ash index(gray value,crack rate,ash reduction rate,carbon line width and uniformity),in this study,five physical single factors of cigarette paper were used to set the gradient and make cigarette samples,based on computer vision technology.The importance of physical factors to ash index was evaluated by random forest regression algorithm.The results indicate that the amount of combustion aid added to cigarette paper has the most significant impact on the gray value,crack rate,shrinkage rate,and evenness of carbon lines during cigarette combustion.The grammage of cigarette paper,the potassium-sodium ratio of the ignition aid,and the air permeability have a relatively great impact on various ash content indicators,while the content of linen has a comparatively smaller influence on these indicators.In summary,the impact of physical factors in cigarette paper on the crack rate and carbon line width is relatively significant.
