摘要
在市政工程项目实际开展建设活动期间,成本管理属于重点内容,其管理水平的高低不但能对工程造价产生决定性影响,而且能对工程建设效率、质量及安全等方面产生一定的影响和干扰。实施全过程成本管理能大幅提高成本管理水平,因此,文章简要介绍了市政工程项目成本的构成,同时分析了市政工程项目实施全过程成本管理的意义,并分别从决策、设计、招投标等多个阶段针对市政工程项目的全过程成本管理策略进行了深入探讨,以期进一步提高市政工程成本管理质量。
During the actual construction activities of municipal engineering projects,cost management is the key content.The level of cost management can not only have a decisive influence on the engineering cost,but also have a certain influence and interference on the efficiency,quality and safety of engineering construction.The implementation of the whole process cost management can greatly improve the level of cost management.Therefore,this paper briefly introduces the composition of the cost of municipal engineering projects,and analyzes the significance of the implementation of the whole process cost management in municipal engineering projects,and conducts in-depth discussion on the whole process cost management strategies for municipal engineering projects from multiple stages such as decision-making,design and bidding,in order to further improve the quality of municipal engineering cost management.
