摘要
变压器作为电力系统中至关重要的组件,其稳定性和可靠性对于整个电网的运行至关重要。然而,变压器在运行过程中面临着多种潜在的故障风险,这些风险可能由内部绝缘老化、机械损伤、电气应力过载等多种因素引起,因此确保变压器的持续运行和及时检测故障成为电力行业的一个重大挑战。从完善电力系统检修结构、增加绝缘电阻检验次数、及时调控变压器电路电流、全面分析变压器油几方面入手,阐述了电气试验在变压器故障检测中的关键应用措施。以上电气试验方法不仅能够及时发现潜在的故障,还能够评估变压器的整体健康状况,为维护决策提供科学依据。
As a crucial component in the power system,the stability and reliability of transformers are crucial for the operation of the entire power grid.However,transformers face various potential fault risks during operation,which may be caused by internal insulation aging,mechanical damage,electrical stress overload,and other factors.Therefore,ensuring the continuous operation of transformers and timely detection of faults has become a major challenge for the power industry.This article starts with improving the maintenance structure of the power system,increasing the number of insulation resistance inspections,timely regulating the current of transformer circuits,and comprehensively analyzing transformer oil.It elaborates on the key application measures of electrical testing in transformer fault detection.The above electrical testing methods can not only timely detect potential faults,but also evaluate the overall health status of transformers,providing scientific basis for maintenance decision-making.
