摘要
为解决不平衡配电系统中的光伏本地消纳水平低的问题,提出一种多目标互动运行方法。首先,构建了单相接入的光伏/负荷出力不确定性模型;其次,构建了不平衡配电系统多目标互动运行随机优化模型,上层为包含光伏本地消纳指标的电网企业多目标决策模型,下层为电力用户的优化运行模型;再次,利用KKT转化和ε约束法进行转化并求解;最后,通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性。结果表明,所提方法能够显著提高不平衡系统的光伏本地消纳水平。
To solve the problem that the level of local PV consumption in an unbalanced distribution system is low,a multi-objective interactive operation method is proposed.First,a model of single-phase integrated PV/load output uncertainties is constructed.Second,a multi-objective interactive operation stochastic optimization model of the unbalanced distribution system is built,which consists of a multi-objective decision-making model of power grid enterprises with a local PV consumption index on the upper layer and an optimal operation model of power users on the lower layer.Third,the proposed model is transformed and solved by means of KKT transformation and the ε constraint method.Finally,a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.Results show that this method can significantly improve the level of local PV consumption in the unbalanced system.
