摘要
介绍一种包含两种坩埚膨胀序数判定方式的方法,根据实验所得焦块不同选择不同的判定方式,一种为直线光源投影法,另一种为3D扫描法。借鉴于国标5448-2014和国际标准501-2012中坩埚膨胀序数标准图的数据,将数据通过CAD量化,作为系统判定的根据。焦块形状与标准图接近的试样选择投影法,直接与数据对比;如焦块形状为不规则试样则选择扫描法,利用光感系统扫描焦块所得最大面数据,以及通过焦块的高度、上焦面直径、最宽处焦块直径和焦块最大面积与数据化的标准图数据进行比较,使用数据化判断。两种方式的设定可以减少人为误差和不规则图像函数化带来的不确定性,可以在确保实验效率的同时确保系统的稳定性和准确性。
In this paper,a method of determining the expansion number of crucible is introduced,which includes two methods of determining the expansion number of crucible,a method of linear light source projection and a method of 3D scanning.Based on the data of crucible expansion ordinal diagram in GB 5448-2014 and international standard 501-2012,the data are quantified by CAD as the basis of system judgment.The shape of the coke is compared directly with the data by the method of sample selection projection.The scanning method of sample selection for irregular shape of the focus uses a photosensitive system to scan the maximum area data of the focus,by comparing the height of the coke,the diameter of the upper coke surface,the diameter of the widest part of the coke and the maximum area of the coke with the data of the standard drawing,using the data-based judgment,it can reduce the uncertainty caused by artificial error and irregular image functionalization.The setting of the two ways can ensure the efficiency of the experiment and the stability and accuracy of the system.
