摘要
蒸馏装置通过减压深拔优化操作可以拔出更多的蜡油馏分,但要防止深拔温度过高造成减压塔填料层结焦,因此需要对减压蜡油及渣油馏分的馏程进行及时分析,进而指导深拔操作。通过GC-AED模拟蒸馏方法可以提升分析样品的时效性,减少分析误差。本研究内容包括:(1)研究该方法分析蒸馏装置蜡油和渣油馏程的准确性;(2)结合生产装置特点,针对不同油品,固定不同分析谱图保留时间区间范围,进一步降低分析偏差,为装置提供更加准确的重油馏程趋势变化数据,最终为优化装置深拔操作提供基础保障。
The atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit can pull out more wax fractions by optimizing the operation of vacuum deep drawing,but in order to prevent coking in packing layer of vacuum tower caused by high deep drawing temperature,it is necessary to analyze the distillation range of vacuum wax oil and residue in time to further guide deep drawing operation.The method of GC-AED simulated distillation can improve the timeliness of analytical samples and reduce the analysis error.Therefore,the research contents of this paper include:1.study on the accuracy of the distillation range of wax oil and residue in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit;2.in order to reduce the analysis deviation and provide more accurate trend data of heavy oil fraction range,and finally provide basic guarantee for optimizing the deep drawing operation of the unit.
