摘要
检测H_(2)S常用方法中,库仑法和气相色谱法分析时间长、操作较复杂,对仪器操作技术要求高,而气体检测管法检测速度快,但准确度较低。为了提高H_(2)S分析效率和准确度,选用气体检测管法用于H_(2)S含量检测,通过实验找出样气在出气流速和针筒取样置换频次、样气搁置时间、进样时间、取样器选择及环境温度上的最佳检测条件,结果表明在最佳检测条件下,气体检测管分析H_(2)S的准确度得到提高,满足中控分析要求。
Among the commonly used methods for detecting H_(2)S,Coulomb method and gas chromatography have long analysis time,complex operation,and high requirements for instrument operation technology,while gas detection tube method has fast detection speed but low accuracy.In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of H_(2)S analysis,the gas detection tube method was selected for H_(2)S content detection.Through experiments,the best detection conditions were found for the sample gas in terms of outlet flow rate,needle sampling displacement frequency,sample gas storage time,injection time,sampler selection,and environmental temperature.The results showed that under the best detection conditions,the accuracy of H_(2)S analysis by the gas detection tube was improved,meeting the requirements of central control analysis.
