摘要
为了解决超临界LNG铁路槽车子母罐结构难以设计,子罐容积、数量及排布方式难以确定等难题,建立了超临界LNG铁路槽车整体模型及不同截面子母罐结构模型;提出了等截面优化设计方法,解决了不同截面传热量与蒸发率计算难题;建立了单元传热物理模型及实验模型,研究了温度分布特性;应用数值模拟及实验方法,获取了最佳的子母罐结构设计参数。研究表明:利用等截面优化设计法可优化子母罐结构设计,减少对内传热量,降低日蒸发率,提高超临界LNG铁路槽车的运输效益。
In order to solve the difficulty in designing sub and mother tank structure of supercritical LNG railway tanker,as well as the difficulty in determining the volume and number and the arrangement of sub tanks,a completely model of supercritical LNG railway tanker and structural models of sub and mother tanks with different cross-sections were established.To solve the problem of calculating heat transfer and evaporation rate for different cross-sections,an equal cross-section optimization design method has been proposed.Established a physical and experimental model for unit heat transfer,and researched on the temperature distribution characteristics.By applying numerical simulation and experimental methods,the optimal structural design parameters of the sub and mother tanks were obtained.The Research shows the structural design of the sub and mother tanks can be optimized,internal heat transfer can be reduced,daily evaporation rates can be minimized,and the transportation efficiency of supercritical LNG railway tankers can be improved by using the equal section optimization design method.
