摘要
研究了通过改变冷却速度(空冷、油冷、水冷)和回火温度(200℃、400℃、600℃)对45钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。利用金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪对其显微组织及结构进行分析,用洛氏硬度计对其硬度进行测量。结果表明,冷却速度越快,得到的45钢硬度越高,840℃水淬所得45钢硬度最高。回火温度对45钢的显微组织和力学性能影响较大,回火温度越高,45钢的硬度越低,600℃回火所得45钢的综合力学性能最佳。
The effects of cooling rate(air cooling,oil cooling,water cooling)and tempering temperature(200℃,400℃,600℃)on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 45 steel were studied.The microstructure and structure were analyzed by metallographic microscope and X-ray diffractometer,and the hardness was measured by rockwell hardness tester.The result showed that the faster the cooling rate,the higher the hardness of 45 steel.45 steel obtained by water quenching at 840℃had the highest hardness.The tempering temperature had great influence on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 45 steel.The higher the tempering temperature,the lower the hardness of 45 steel.The comprehensive mechanical properties of 45 steel obtained by tempering at 600℃were the best.
