摘要
以白云石和三聚氰胺为原料,热聚合制备白云石/三聚氰胺复合吸附材料,以结晶紫的吸附率为评介指标探讨复合材料对结晶紫的最佳吸附条件。结果显示复合材料对结晶紫最佳吸附条件是:复合材料投加量为0.75 g、结晶紫溶液初始浓度300 mg/L、反应时间100 min,对结晶紫吸附率达97.3%。动力学拟合发现吸附反应符合准二级动力学方程和Langmuir等温方程模型,即吸附材料对结晶紫的吸附过程以单分子层的化学吸附为主。
Dolomite/melamine composite adsorption material was prepared by hot polymerization with dolomite and melamine as raw materials,and the optimum adsorption conditions of crystal violet were discussed with the adsorption rate of crystal violet as the evaluation index.The results showed that the optimal adsorption conditions for crystal violet were as follows:the dosage of composite material was 0.75 g,the initial concentration of crystal violet solution was 300 mg/L,the reaction time was 100 min,and the adsorption rate of crystal violet up to 97.3%.The kinetic fitting showed that the adsorption reaction was consistent with the quasi-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir isothermal equation model,meaning the adsorption process of crystal violet was dominated by the chemisorption of single molecular layer.
