不同水平胍基乙酸对育成期母貂生长性能及营养物质表观消化率的影响

Effects of Different Levels of Guanidineacetic Acid on Growth Performance and Nutrient Apparent Digestibility of Growing Famale Minks

摘要 试验旨在研究胍基乙酸(GAA)对育成期短毛黑母貂生长性能、脏器指数、营养物质和氨基酸表观消化率的影响。选用65日龄体重相近的育成期短毛黑母貂60只,随机分为6组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只貂,单笼饲养。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂在基础日粮中分别添加200、400、600、800、1000 mg/kg GAA的日粮。预试期1周,正试期分Ⅰ期(1~5周)和Ⅱ期(6~10周)。结果表明:与对照组相比,①育成期母貂基础饲粮中添加600 mg/kg GAA可显著提高Ⅰ、Ⅱ期和全期平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05),极显著降低Ⅰ、Ⅱ期和全期料重比(F/G)(P<0.01),极显著提高全期平均日采食量(ADFI)(P<0.01),添加1000 mg/kg GAA可极显著提高Ⅱ期ADFI(P<0.01);②添加200 mg/kg GAA可显著提高心脏指数(P<0.05),1000 mg/kg组全肠长度极显著提高(P<0.01);③添加400 mg/kg GAA可极显著提高Ⅰ期粗蛋白(CP)表观消化率(P<0.01),添加600 mg/kg GAA可显著提高Ⅱ期粗脂肪(EE)表观消化率(P<0.05),极显著提高Ⅱ期粗灰分(Ash)、钙(Ca)和磷(P)表观消化率(P<0.01),添加1000 mg/kg GAA可显著提高Ⅱ期CP表观消化率(P<0.05);④添加600 mg/kg GAA可显著提高Ⅰ期总氨基酸(TAA)、Ⅱ期谷氨酸(Glu)表观消化率(P<0.05),极显著提高Ⅰ期赖氨酸(Lys)、Ⅱ期TAA表观消化率(P<0.01),添加800 mg/kg GAA可显著提高Ⅰ期胱氨酸(Cys)、蛋氨酸(Met)和精氨酸(Arg),Ⅱ期Met和组氨酸(His)表观消化率(P<0.05),极显著提高Ⅰ期缬氨酸(Val)和His、Ⅱ期Lys和Arg表观消化率(P<0.01)。综合生长性能、脏器指数、营养物质和氨基酸表观消化率等指标,建议育成期Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期母貂基础饲粮中GAA的最适添加量为600~800 mg/kg。 This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of guanidineacetic acid(GAA)on growth performance,organ indexes,nutrient and amino acid apparent digestibility of short-haired black famale minks.Sixty short-haired black famale minks with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 replicates in each group and 1 mink per replicate.Single cage feeding.The minks in control group were fed basal diet,the minks in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 200,400,600,800 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg GAA.The pre-experimental period lasted for 1 week and the experimental period was divided into experimental period Ⅰ(1 to 5 weeks)and experimental period Ⅱ(6 to 10 weeks).The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,①the basal diet supplemented with 600 mg/kg GAA significantly increased the average daily gain(ADG)during Ⅰ,Ⅱ and whole period(P<0.05),significantly decreased the ration of feed to gain(F/G)during Ⅰ,Ⅱ and whole period(P<0.01),and significantly increased the average daily feed intake(ADFI)during whole period(P<0.01),the basal diet supplemented with 1000 mg/kg GAA significantly increased the ADFI during period Ⅱ(P<0.01);②the basal diet supplemented with 200 mg/kg GAA significantly increased cardiac index(P<0.05),and 1000 mg/kg GAA group extremely significantly increased intestinal length(P<0.01);③the basal diet supplemented with 400 mg/kg GAA extremely significantly increased the digestibility of crude protein(CP)during period Ⅰ(P<0.01),the basal diet supplemented with 600 mg/kg GAA significantly increased the digestibility of crude fat(EE)during period Ⅱ(P<0.05)and extremely significantly increased the digestibility of Ash,calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P)during period Ⅱ(P<0.01),and 1000 mg/kg GAA significantly increased CP digestibility during period Ⅱ(P<0.05);④the basal diet supplemented with 600 mg/kg GAA significantly increased the digestibility of total amino acid(TAA)during periodⅠand glutamic(Glu)during period Ⅱ(P
