摘要
李洪钟是我国著名化学工程学家,流态化研究领域的学术带头人之一。他建立了非流态化气固两相流理论,丰富了多相流学科的科学内涵,有效解决粉体工业生产技术难题;通过自研微观摄像机,在国际上首次拍到快速流化床的颗粒聚团和稀密两相结构,引起了学术界广泛关注;提出了气固流态化散式化理论方法,大幅提高了传统多相反应器的转化效率;构建了气固流化床结构传递关系与反应行为的量化调控方法,推进流态化工业开发与过程工程学科研究。文章从李洪钟求学经历、创新科研、工业开发和著书育人等方面揭示了他献身报国的科学家精神。
Li Hongzhong is a well-known chemical engineering expert and one of the academic leaders in the field of fluidization research.Prof.Li is a full-time professor at the Institute of Process Engineering(IPE)(formerly the Institute of Chemical Metallurgy(ICM)before 2001),Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)and was elected Member of the CAS in 2005.He was born in Xiyang County,Shanxi Province in 1941 and graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering,Taiyuan University of Technology in 1965.Since then,he worked as an Assistant Fellow at the Institute of Coal Chemistry(ICC),CAS before 1978,after which he started his postgraduate study.He received his master degree in chemical engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1981 and his doctor degree in chemical engineering from the ICM,CAS in 1986.He worked as a postdoctoral fellow and visiting scholar at the Department of Chemical Engineering,University of British Columbia,Canada during 1986—1988.Since 1988,Prof.Li worked at ICM,CAS as a full-time research scientist.His research interests focused on the theoretical foundation and industrial application of fluidized/non-fluidized bed technology.When he worked at ICC,CAS,he engaged in developing a fluidized bed reactor to convert butene into butadiene,which belonged to the state key project for butadiene rubber and this project was awarded the State Top Class Prize for Science and Technology Progress in 1985.When he worked at UBC,Canada,he engaged in the combustion of different fuels in a pilot scale circulating fluidized bed combustor,and the paper titled"Combustion characteristics of different fuels in a pilot scale circulating fluidized bed combustor"was awarded the Best Paper Prize at the 10th International Conference on Fluidized Bed Combustion in 1989 in San Francisco.When he studied and worked at IPE,CAS,he established the dynamic theory of gas-solids moving beds and the models to describe the gas and solids flows in vertical and inclined moving beds by coupling the basic principles of
