摘要
为了最大程度的发挥油藏的开采潜力,根据回声测深原理和自适应测控采油原理,研发油井动液面测控自适应采油系统,远程控制在线液面测试仪,实时监控油井动液面,根据生产实际需要,计算生产参数,合理选用快抽、慢抽、间抽三种控制模式,保障动液面的合理沉没度。同时提高泵效,减少无用功,达到节能增产的效果。2023年在胜坨油田不同工况的24口采油井试验,每年节电145257 kWh,增产油量8033.4 t,同时减少单井用工,实现高效节能增产的目标。
In order to maximize the recovery potential of the reservoir,the self-adaptive oil production system of dynamic liquid level measurement and control is developed based on the principle of echo sounding and the principle of self-adaptive oil production.The on-line liquid level tester is remotely monitored and dynamic liquid level of oil well is continuously monitored.According to actual production needs,the production parameter is calculated,and the three control models including fast pumping,slow pumping,interval pumping are reasonably selected,which ensures a reasonable submergence,improves pump efficiency,reduces useless work,and achieves energy conservation and production increase.The 24 of oil production wells are tested under different working conditions in Shengtuo oilfield in 2023,which saves 145257 kWh of electricity,increases 8033.4 t of oil,reduces the labor used in a single well,and realizes the goal of high efficiency and energy conservation and production increase.
