复配型水性环氧微表处性能研究

摘要 为了改善微表处的使用性能,采用水性环氧树脂(WER)复配丁苯(SBR)胶乳制备了复配型水性环氧改性乳化沥青。通过拉拔试验、扭剪试验和加速加载磨耗试验研究了复配水性环氧树脂微表处的耐久性以及与原路面层间的粘结性能,并与SBR乳化沥青微表处进行对比。结果表明:水性环氧树脂的掺入提高了微表处与原路面层间的粘结性能。25℃和60℃下复配型水性环氧改性乳化沥青粘层油的拉拔强度和扭剪强度分别比SBR乳化沥青粘层油提高14.2%、77.8%和27.12%、60.87%,对应的两种粘层油最佳洒布量分别为0.6 kg/m^(2)和0.4 kg/m^(2),且拉拔强度和扭剪强度具有良好的正相关关系。微表处的抗滑性能和耐磨耗性能随水性环氧树脂掺量的增加而提高,但当掺加质量分数超过10%时,性能提升不明显,建议水性环氧树脂最佳掺加质量分数为10%。 In order to improve the performance of micro-surfacing,the mixed waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt was prepared by mixing water-based epoxy resin(WER)with styrene butadiene(SBR)latex.Through pull-out test,torsional shear test and accelerated loading wear test,the durability and bonding properties of water-based epoxy resin micro-surfacing with original pavement layer were studied,and compared with SBR emulsified asphalt micro-surfacing.The results showed that the adhesion between the surface and the original pavement was improved by the addition of waterborne epoxy resin.At 25℃ and 60℃,the pull-out strength and torsional shear strength of the mixed waterborne epoxy modified asphalt adhesive layer oil were 14.2%,77.8%,27.12%and 60.87%higher than that of SBR emulsified asphalt adhesive layer oil,respectively.The optimal distribution amounts of the two kinds of adhesive layer oil were 0.6 kg/m^(2) and 0.4 kg/m^(2),respectively.There was a good positive correlation between pull-out strength and torsional shear strength.The skip resistance and wear resistance of the micro-surface were improved with the increase of the content of waterborne epoxy resin,but when the content exceded 10wt%,the performance improvement was not obvious,and the optimal content of waterborne epoxy resin was recommended to be 10wt%.
