摘要
文化与经济具有密切关系。通过对“文化非营利说”“文化配角说”“文化被动说”和“文化搭台说”等传统经济与文化观点的深刻反思,可以发现,文化赋能论着重探讨文化遗产的保护和利用与文旅产业发展之间的关系,强调文化自身的经济能量及其在经济发展中的资源配置作用,具体表现为物质性文化遗产、制度性文化遗产、习俗性文化遗产等不同类型的文化遗产与文旅产业发展的双向赋能,进而共同推动中华文化和中国经济的螺旋式上升发展。作为尝试构建中国人文经济学话语体系的理论创新,文化赋能论旨在推动文化与经济的互动融合和互促发展,这也是建设中华民族现代文明的应有之义。
Culture and economy are closely related.Traditional views on culture and economy holds that culture is passive and nonprofitable,and only plays a supporting role.Through a deep reflection on the traditional economic and cultural views,it can be found that“Culture Empowerment Theory”focuses on the relationship between the protection and utilization of cultural heritage and the development of cultural tourism industry,and emphasizes on the economic energy of culture itself and its role in resource allocation in economic development.It is specifically manifested in the two-way empowerment of the development of cultural and tourism industry and the different types of cultural heritage,such as tangible cultural heritage,institutional cultural heritage,and customary cultural heritage,which in turn jointly promotes the spiral upward development of Chinese culture and the Chinese economy.As a theoretical innovation that attempts to build a Chinese discourse system of humanistic economics,“Culture Empowerment Theory”aims to promote the interactive integration and mutual development of culture and economy,which is also the proper meaning of building Modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
