悬索桥更换吊索检测与承载能力研究

摘要 该文依托工程背景,通过对悬索桥更换吊索解剖,研究桥梁运营期吊索的破坏形态及机理,确定钢丝锈蚀等级、断裂位置、断口形式;通过钢丝拉伸试验、反复弯曲试验、疲劳试验,研究钢丝表面锈蚀对钢丝静力学性能、钢丝疲劳性能的影响;通过更换吊索复张试验,研究吊索剩余承载能力。研究结果可为同类桥梁的养护、检测、设计提供参考。 Based on the engineering background,this paper studies the failure modes and mechanisms of hangers during the operation period of suspension bridges by dissecting the replaced hangers.It determines the corrosion level,fracture location,and fracture form of the steel wires.Through wire tensile tests,repeated bending tests,and fatigue tests,the influence of surface corrosion on the static mechanical properties and fatigue performance of the steel wires is investigated.By conducting re-tensioning tests on the replaced hangers,the remaining load capacity of the hangers is studied.Meanwhile,the research results provide references for the maintenance,inspection,and design of similar bridges.
