摘要 人工智能技术的快速发展正深刻影响和重塑企业档案管理的理念、模式与流程。聚焦人工智能在企业档案管理中的应用,详细梳理人工智能技术在档案管理领域发展现状的基础上,深入剖析了大数据、大模型、知识图谱等前沿技术在档案收集、整理、保管、利用等环节的典型应用场景。研究表明,人工智能驱动下企业档案管理呈现出主动治理、开放融合、精准服务等新特征,未来“档案馆+AI”的深度融合模式将成为引领行业发展的新趋势。面向智能时代,档案工作应以开放心态拥抱人工智能,以创新勇气驾驭人工智能,推动人工智能在档案领域的深度应用和融合创新,从而为档案事业的高质量发展注入强劲动力。 The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology is profoundly influencing and reshaping the concepts,models,and processes of enterprise archive management.This article focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in enterprise archive management.Based on a detailed review of the current development status of artificial intelligence technology in the field of archive management,it analyses the typical application scenarios of artificial intelligence technologies,such as big data,big models,and knowledge graphs in the collection,organization,storage,and utilization of archives.Research has pointed out that under the drive of artificial intelligence,enterprise archive management presents new features such as proactive governance,open integration,and precise services.In the future,the integrated development of“archives+AI”will become a new trend.In the era of intelligence,archival work should embrace artificial intelligence with an open mindset,and use innovative courage to control artificial intelligence,promoting the deep application and integration innovation of artificial intelligence in the field of archives,and empowering the high-quality development of the archives.
