摘要
高校肩负着培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重要使命。校史档案作为学校宝贵的精神财富,蕴含着丰富的思想政治教育资源。分析校史档案在反映学校红色基因、展现学校发展历程、承载学校文化传统等方面的思政教育功能与优势。在此基础上,提出校史档案挖掘与大学生思政教育协同的具体路径:一是充分挖掘校史档案中的思政元素,融入专业课程教学设计;二是利用校史档案开展主题教育与社会实践;三是加强校档案部门与学工部门的协同育人。旨在通过将校史档案与思政教育深度融合,教育引导学生坚定理想信念,厚植爱国情怀,成长为德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。
Colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of training the socialist builders and successors of all-round development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor.As the precious spiritual wealth of the school,the school history archives contain rich ideological and political education resources.This paper analyzes the function and advantages of school history archives in ideological and political education in reflecting the red gene of the school,showing the development course of the school,carrying the cultural tradition of the school,etc.On this basis,the paper puts forward the concrete path of coordination between the mining of school history archives and the ideological and political education of college students:first,fully excavate the ideological and political elements of school history archives and integrate them into the teaching design of professional courses;second,the use of school history archives to carry out thematic education and social practice;the third is to strengthen the school archives department and the department of education.Through the deep integration of school history archives with ideological and political education,students are guided to strengthen their ideals and beliefs,cultivate patriotic feelings,and grow into socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor.
