摘要
对高中生物学实验“探究环境因素对光合作用强度的影响”的实验材料和方法进行拓展。以水生植物黑藻为实验材料,利用自制的简易光照箱为实验装置,同时探究两个环境因素(光照强度、CO_(2)浓度)对黑藻光合作用强度的影响,定量分析实验结果,建立变量间的数量变化关系。该实验设计可缩短实验时间,增强实验效果,提高实验效率。
This study expands on the materials and methods of the high school biology experiment to investigate the impact of environmental factors on the intensity of photosynthesis.In this experiment,we explored the effects of two environmental factors(light intensity and CO 2 concentration)on the intensity of photosynthesis in Hydrilla using the aquatic plant Hydrilla as the experimental material and a simple homemade light box as the experimental device,conducted a quantitative analysis of the experimental results,and established the quantitative relationship between variables.This experimental design can shorten the experimental time,enhance the experimental effect,and improve experimental efficiency.
