摘要
二萜化合物在植物、真菌、昆虫、海洋生物等中广泛存在,结构复杂、多变,生物活性多样。现概述天然二萜化合物抗肿瘤作用的相关通路及机制,从肿瘤信号通路的角度解析药物的抗肿瘤机制,为二萜化合物在抗肿瘤新药的研发及临床应用提供依据。
Diterpenoid compounds are widely distributed in plants,fungi,insects,and marine organisms,with complex and diverse structures and diverse biological activities.This article provides an overview of the relevant pathways and mechanisms of anti-tumor effects of natural diterpenoid compounds,analyzes the anti-tumor mechanism of drugs from the perspective of tumor signaling pathways,and provides a theoretical basis for the development and clinical application of diterpenoids in the development of anti-tumor new drugs.
